After plenty of trial and error, and a quick lesson in how nice the I/O panel CMOS reset jumper is on my DFI mobo, i finally got a stable setup i am happy with. I am not sure if it has more in it but i imagine i will get the curiosity to push it further later.

CPU - E7200
Mobo- DFI LANPARTY DK P35-T2RS
RAM - OCZ 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800
PSU - OCZ StealthXStream OCZ500SXS 500W
GPU - MSI R4850-T2D512 Radeon HD 4850 512MB 256-bit GDDR3
HDD - Western Digital Caviar SE16 WD5000AAKS 500GB 7200 RPM 16MB
CPU COOLING - ARCTIC COOLING Freezer 7 Pro
GPU COOLING - Zalman ZF-1000

Thanks for the input. Would that be like sitting my mem to 266/800 in the bios? Seems like when i get into those settings i can not get Vista to boot.

I'm not familiar with DFI's BIOS settings, but just on a guess here, you'd probably want a setting that's the same on both sides, like 266/266 or something similar if it exists. The idea is to get your RAM running at the same speed as your CPU's bus.

Ah ok, working on project. Going to fiddle with it some more as soon as i get to a stopping point.

not bad for stock voltage you should definately be able to get to 3.8 with some voltage.
