First build, LED's flicker/strobe effect?

I recently built a new gaming PC for my first time. Everything seems to be going okay in it, although I am experiencing an issue which I believe my case is causing. I have blue LED's inside of my Zalman Z11 Series case on the fans that came with the case, which are spinning and working like a charm, although they are flickering at a fast rate almost like a strobe. I suspect that this may be an LED feature that Zalman cases have, although I am not entirely sure since my old Antec case never had this problem with the LED's. My power supply is relatively new, about 2 years old, so I don't think that is the source of the problem. The PC is running fine right now, as I am posting this thread on it. If it is a feature of the case, is there any way I can disable this strobe effect, and possible enable just solid LED's? The case is not making any sounds out of the ordinary, and the fans seem to be working fine.

Here are my specs:

Operating System
Windows 7 Home Premium 32-bit SP1
CPU
Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 @ 2.40GHz 28 °C
Conroe 65nm Technology
RAM
2.00GB Dual-Channel DDR2 @ 399MHz (5-5-5-15)
Motherboard
Intel Corporation D975XBX2 (J3E1) 32 °C
Graphics
HP 2711 (1920x1080@60Hz)
1023MB NVIDIA GeForce GTS 450 (EVGA) 30 °C
Hard Drives
298GB Seagate ST3320620AS ATA Device (SATA) 32 °C
Optical Drives
PIONEER DVD-RW DVR-111D ATA Device
Audio
Creative Audigy Audio Processor (WDM)

Thanks in advance! :)

If all of the fans are doing this it would suggest that the voltage running to them is oscillating. What's the power supply situation?
It is also what LEDs tend to do when they are dying but if all of them are doing it on multiple fans kinda rules that out I think.

I'm guessing one of the fans is improperly connected. Check that they are all seated properly on the motherboard headers or fan splitters and that when you close the case panels you don't pinch any fan wires or anything.

It's definitely not a feature of the case.

Not entirely sure this would cause what you are seeing but do you have the fans plugged into a fan only power connector on your PSU? If so then it could be supply less voltage to the fans and possibly generating this effect.

I figured it was something to do with power, however when I turn on the power to my pc, the LEDs stay solid for a good 3 second and then begin to strobe.
