Firefox no longer works

When I try to start it up for a few seconds everything is normal then it greys out like i click on my desktop and im unable to click anything. I just hear that "boop" sound whenever I try to click in the firefox window. I tried uninstalling then reinstalling to no avail.

Any ideas? Apparently there are some others having this issue but I saw no resolution.
