Firefox Mozilla and Google Language Problem

Hello everyone. I'm stationed in Japan at the moment. Living in Japan, the problem lies when I attempt to go to www.google.com, it will always reroute or redirect to www.google.co.jp. There is a button that says if you want to go to the english version. Yes, it's an easy step, but this problem is just annoying. It always does this everytime I do a fresh load of mozilla or attempt to google.com. My question:

Is it possible to stop Mozilla or Google from redirecting not only google.com but other websites as well to Japanese ones? I tried using the "exceptions" part in mozilla, but that's just only for cookies. I even went as far as going to my router settings and blocking www.google.co.jp, but that attempt has block both the english and japanese google site.

I use www.google.com/ncr (Google in English, No Country Redirect) as my default homepage

Lol. Sweet this will work. Much thanks. How about stopping or disabling the redirect on other websites (logitech.com, etc?)? These type of websites always redirect to a Japanese version. Thanks again.
