fire fox in vista 64

i installed recent version of fire fox....and installed just fine but i noticed after i closed the browswer it wont open. i get an error and only way for me to run it is right click on icon and selct run as administrator...but im logged in as administrator and its the only user account...thanks
 
Weird. I installed the 32-bit version of Firefox with no issues. I also installed a 64-bit verison (it's being maintained by a 3rd party; I don't believe Mozilla has any offical 64-bit builds yet) which also runs fine for me.

What does the error say?
 
Errors says "The program must close to allow a previous installation attempt to complete. Please Restart" then i just click to get rid of the dialog box
