finalizing the system im building

Im building a system for my bro, cant really spend much money but would like something that would have enough beef to hold up for some games we can play together.

so far i have already gotten the case with fans, video card (9800pro), and mobo/cpu (an35n ultra/barton 2500) and the HSF

for the rest of the system i am just about to buy the following:

rosewell 450W psu (after research not a shabby lemon as many would initially expect)
