file syncronization

Trying to make my outlook,dbx folder available offline so that I can sychronize my emails from my desktop to my laptop but when I choose to make available offline I get error saying cant make these files available offline.. anyone have any ideas why ?? thanks..

P.S. I can make other directories available offline just not the directory I have my email files in...

done some research and I guess microsoft dosent support syncronizing of outlook express .dbx files. Im not sure if its even possible with microsoft outlook's .pst files. There are however some thirdparty software companys out there that sell software to solve this issue. ezsync, etc... for syncing your laptop email with your desktops email or vice versa... anyways does anyone have a suggestion for a good software thats moderately priced or even possibly free beings it for home use only... thanks...

No, you can't synch .pst files either...

Take a look at MS' new Synch Toy. I have no idea on what all it does, so let us know!
