Figuring out response time through Operating System

Im looking at a LCD monitor at office max.

There is NO response time listed, and i called and they cant figure it out.
I checked the internet and that didnt help either.

Is there any way for me to figure out the response time after I buy the monitor and hook it up? Because if it's bad I can just return it you know?
 
No, but how about trying it out yourself and see if it's fast enough for you? All those response time numbers are misleading anyway. If you're happy with how it performs, that's all that matters.
