We had some multimode fiber ran from one of our buildings to the next. The company terminated them in nice little boxes. Each box has 6 strands in it.

The box looks like below: (the connectors are spaced out)

Our 1810 48 G's have GBICS in them....the gbics look like this:

We need jumper cables to go from the box to the gbics. What connectors do we need? The closest thing we see is LC/ST (cept the st has twist connectors at the end not clip) and LC/MTRJ...but the MTRJ has both cables in one piece at both ends and we need to be able to spread them apart to make the connections at the termination box) We aren't seeing anything at the local store that looks right.

***EDIT**** looking through some more it looks like LC/SC because one of the ends is technically connected but looks like the cables can be brought apart by taking off the coupler. http://www.monoprice.com/Product?c_id=102&cp_id=10237&cs_id=1023706&p_id=6390&seq=1&format=2 ***EDIT*** would like to confirm with you guys though.
Please advise,

Housing for SC end easily snaps off. Just make sure the fiber patch cable core diameter, 50 or 62.5 micron, matches your structured cabling so there's no signal loss from mismatch.

I would say you need om3 sc-lc cables.

yep, SC to LC.
Our setup is the same...telco uses SC connectors in their cabinets and splice tray, equipment has LC connectors on its GBIC.
