This is what I have thus far, I'm not too sure what I want to do for a pump, or res. (Aka I'm not too sure what I SHOULD do!).

This will be for an X6 1090t only, in a Raven RV02.
 
If its only cooling your CPU, then you should be more than good enough. I use a 3x140 radiator for that same exact CPU + 2 GTX 470's.

MCP355 or MCP655, I would personally go for the 655 for the pump. Reservoir... whatever fits your fancy. I would personally use the Micro-Res 2 for it's flexibility and price.
 
Yeah the 655 is what I was looking at, good to know I'm on the right track.
Do you think the rad could support two stock 6950's also?
 
Drop the Feser 1 that stuff causes problems. Just use distilled H20 and a silver kill coil.
 
hm, missed the Feser 1 stuff. Yeah, don't use it, just use distilled water.

It might or might not support two 6950's, it depends on what fans you run. High speed fans, most definitely (2200+). 2000 RPM, you won't see great temps, but probably be fine. 1500... maybe.. Of course, if you use push/pull, it'll definitely help. I would say use a fan controller with 6 2000 RPM fans, and spin them down when you're idling, spin them up for performance.
 
If you are willing to use faster fans you might want to upgrade to a heavier rad.
Black Ice GTX Xtreme 360

I used that for a Q9550 and 2x GPU (GTX260 then 4870) with some blenders for good results. Blenders being Sythe Ultra Kaze fans.

Will cost a bit more but as I see it. If you are water cooling a little cost should not hurt.

Well the issue is I have a Raven RV02, and I plan on putting this at the bottom thus I'm limited by the length of my video cards.
 
Well on that note You're not fitting a 3x rad in that case. 2x with fans mounted under. Looks like a nice case for air cooling but for liquid cooling I think you are going to have a lot of issues.
 
The thick radiators more often than not are designed for slow spinning fans (less than 1500 RPM), since they generally have lower FPI (fins per inch). The increased thickness is designed to compensate for low FPI (on the order of 10 FPI or less). The thinner designs are where you generally find high FPI. My GTS 420 is an ultra-thin, ultra-high FPI radiator (30 FPI I believe, 20mm thick). Thin radiators are the ones you want to use high RPM fans on (in general).

According to what I've measured, I should be able to fit the radiator I picked plus fans. There are a few on google too.
 
Will do, searching around to make sure that is the smallest rad. I was reading on another forum of some one talking about a 20mm thick rad, I've yet to find any information regarding this.
 
The HWLabs GTS radiators are about the thinnest there are, I believe those are about 20-25mm thick. They also have the highest FPI of any radiator, so you want high speed fans for maximum effective cooling. Low speed fans cool better with low FPI radiators, high speed fans cool better with high FPI radiators. The GTS series also have fairly high restriction compared to other radiators. Not many people like them because of these facts.
 
I ended up ordering the radiator, res, and tubing today.

As for the pump, does it only come with the "conversion kit", or is it possible to get it with a 1/2 ID?
 
Got 3/4 my stuff!

Waiting on a few more things, and I need to decide on a pump. Anyone have an answer to my question above?
