I'm looking at colocating a Dell Poweredge 1950-III. The host provides up to 2 amps of power at 110v AC (I believe they're fairly liberal, but I still want to be mindful of the cap). The server, in its current configuration, idles at 1.55 amps @ 126v AC or around 196 watts according to my Kill-A-Watt with one PSU plugged in. The current config looks like this

2x Xeon L5410 @ 2.26 ghz. This is the low voltage varient.
4x 4gb FB DDR2 PC5300 @ 533 mhz low power mode
2x 15k Seagate Savvio 15.2 146gb SAS drives
DRAC
Perc 6i RAID
2x Dell 670w PSUs, each draw around 14 watts with the server off

My research indicates each Savvio 15k.2 drive draws around 6 watts at idle and something like 7 watts under load. I'm trying to get a feel for the ram though - any idea what adding another 4 sticks of fully buffered DDR2 would do to power consumption? I'm kicking this around because I'll probably hit 2 amps with moderate load as it is. Thanks.
