Hey there, i've just purchased the ABIT AN8 Fatal1ty board. Just one quick question.

The 2 OTES fans that exhaust hot air from the back of the computer do not spin when i switch the PC on. Do they need connecting up? Or do they only activate under heavy usage. The 2 fans are covered by a black plastic panel, with 2 tiny screws in the top. According to the manual the OTES fan connectors are located under there. Do i need to remove this cover and connect them?

I thought the OTES fans only come on when there is a lot of stress on the computer, but I'm not 100% sure.
 
I am not sure, but I think on the Abit Fatal1ty AA8XE, the fans work all the time. I do believe they are speed variable, but shouldn't turn completely off.
 
I'm 60% it's a stress-related activation.

man, all these fatality boards seem neat, too bad they had to ruin them and put a "Fatal1ty" logo on them.
