I disabled fast writes in my bios, but under coolbits the only thing that has fastwrites is my GPU, and everything else has it off.... I thought disabling it did it for all components. MSI k8t neo fsr, A64 3400+ claw, 6800 GT (leadtek)
 
are u having problems with fastwrite on? if not dont worry about it if yeah then it probably is off cause mines says the same thing but if u wanan be sure.. download rivatuner and check it out.. and rivatuner lets u disable it too.
