Fan & Temp Controller question

Before I lost my OS install a couple months back, I had some links saved and one was to a fan controller that supported 4 fans but ALSO supported literally dozens of possible temperature probes, through a daisy chain system.

I can't find it any longer, I don't remember the make, model, or site. Does anyone know of this product?
