Fan Speed Issues :(

I have a small dillema with the 2 fans in my q pack. I've got an orange yate loon I reversed from exhaust to intake. That saved me about 4-5* C. I also have the 4 heatpipe cooler on my Opteron 144. The chip was doing 2.7ghz with 1.44 volts. I dropped that to 1.4 to save a few more degrees and it's perfectly fine and stable. As of now, the idle temps are 29-30C and the load is 45C using prime95. I'd like to hit 3ghz but will need a voltage bump to do so. I had it running prime at 1.5 volts but the temps went to around 51C. According to the ghost monitor software, the heatpipe cooler runs at ~3000 rpm all the time. The yate loon is at ~1600 despite the Mfr. Specifications saying 1350 rpm. I read that the amd cooler is good for 5200rpm. Maybe that would be the additional cooling I need to stay at 3ghz comfortably. I'm not concerned about the added noise either. Are there any programs or tricks I can use to force the fan to run at full speed all the time? I tinkered with speedfan but I don't really get it so I reverted that back to normal settings. Any help or ideas appreciated :)

Look around in the mb bios settings for any type of "cool & quiet", turn them off. That's what they are called on the Asus A8N32-SLI, not sure what they would be on yours. Maybe something like fan speed settings, just set them to max.
