Fan Speed Controller

This is probably a retarded question so I apologize in advance for making a thread about it, but how do you install a fan speed controller, specifically the knob based one that comes with the Tuniq Tower 120?

It's a 2 pin female connector, and the only thing coming off of the Tuniq Tower itself is the normal 3 pin fan connector. Maybe I'm not seeing something on the motherboard? Any ideas?

There is a second connector on the stock fan where you plug in the controller.
