Fan Questions

I have some nice Yates @ 120mm, but a new case I bought only supports 92mm for the front (Antec Solo), and I was wondering what some good ones were to stick in there.

Antec Tri-Cool (would match the 120mm in the back):

Anyone used either or seen reviews?

Both have fan controls but the Zalman puts out way more CFM/dBA according to its specs, which makes me question how loud it will be.

Also whats a good Quad Fan, something cheap but quiet. Arctic Freezer Pro 7 good enough for quads? Its ~$25.
