Ok so I am planning on switching from a 120rad to a 360rad and I do not currently have 6 identical fans. I can how ever use just 3 but I would like a push pull config. Can I just use 2 of the same fans with eachother even if the 3 sets differ from each other? Like 2x120MM 1200RPM fans on top, 2x120MM 1400RPM fans in middle and 2x120MM 2000RPM on bottom?

If you pair up the same fans on either side, it probably won't matter, if that's what you're asking. The fan airflow doesn't really mix with the other fans due to the fins.

Thanks thats the answer I was looking for. I plan ultimately to have all identical fans but I won't be able to for a bit. Also if I put all 1200RPM fans on it would I notice a huge difference if I had say all 2000RPM fans? Or will RPM mean little since I will be using such a big rad?

Depends on what you're cooling. If only a CPU, it won't make a huge difference. If cooling a CPU and two top video cards, then yes.

Well I plan to be cooling my i5-2550k and soon to be a gtx480x1. I have 4 2000RPM Sickle flows, 2 1500RPM Xigmateks, 2 corsairs(different speeds), 6 1200RPM CM Fans, a Typhoon 3000RPM and an Antec Tri-Cool(not sure of RPM) What fans would you recommend I use for the time being once I get the gpu in the loop? I am going to assume the 4 sickle flows + the 2 Xigmateks?

I personally saw VERY little change in temps when going from Pull fans to push/pull on my triple rad when I only had the single rad in my loop. I am cooling a mildly overclocked CPU and a heavy overclocked GTX580
