Fan for tuner?

Right now I have a slot exhaust fan in my SFF close to the video card to get the hot air out. The problem is, now I don't have a slot for my TV tuner to go in. I was wondering if there would be too much of an increase in heat from taking the fan out and putting the tuner in to justify the swap. Right now my card runs at 61C idle and 74C load (according to max RivaTuner temps) with an overclock of 400/1050. I also have one of the 80mm fans on my psu directly over the empty slot next to the card. Think I could get away with taking the slot fan out? There is also a 120mm exhaust fan on the other side of the card on the back of the case.
