Fan Controller with Software?

Does anyone know of any fan controllers that have software that accompany it that allow various profiles to be setup when you launch certain programs etc? So rather than be temperature based, it can be executable based?

Id like to slow down the 6 fans on my radiatore when browsing, but then have them automatically speed up when I launch a game etc.
