Fan Controller Read-Out Fluctuations -- Normal?

Its totally normal, you can see fluctuations between +10%desired voltage to -10%... Thats the voltage that need the fan at the moment to keep the same speed. And many factors affect this... The weight of the fan blades, humidity and static pressure... This its all handled by the rotor of the fan specially on those fans that only support 7v and 12v.
