fan controller ideas

I am looking to control all the fans from one panel, preferably with software that runs in vista x64 as well. I have two silverstone fans that have the 2 and 3 pin connectors, a tri-cool (which I assume cannot be hooked up) and a tuniq tower also with a 2 and 3 pin. Also the panel would need long leads on it, as the exhaust fan's connectors will not reach the 5.25in bays.

found one. Apparently silverstone makes one with 3 2 pin connections. Perfect, one for each fan and one for the tuniq.
