Just getting this put together.
Ryzen7 5800X
Asus 6800XT LC
Case is Corsair carbide series 540

360mm rad in front
240mm rad bottom
2x140mm top fans
140mm rear
thinking I need to chane top or rear to intake

Assuming it'll fit, you should put that 240 rad on top instead, swap the front 360 have the fans pushing air out, and then set up the rear and the bottom 2 fans to intake, that way the mobo gets air, the gpu fan for the VRMs/VRAM get air, and none of the rads are dumping heat into the case.
 
id put that 240 in the top so that the air doesnt bet stuck in the pump. ^that
 
bottom fans should be intake and leave top and rear as exhaust.
