Fan and Cold Cathode Controller

I've got 5 fans, and 4 cathodes on 2 inverters. I had a "Noise Isolator," which just killed my inverters, making me buy new ones. Does anyone have any idea of a controller for my fans and lights in one unit? Thanks a lot.
