Can you use F@Hmon to check the status of a machine running from the folding live cd? if not how do you check the ppd and status if you want to run headless?

about to fire up my IBM Eserver 325 dual 2.0GHZ opteron :D
 
Yes. It will show up on the network as fold-XXXX, where the XXXX is the last 4 of the MAC address.
