F@H software question

Hello all, i would like to start Folding.

Now, as far as installing the client software, im fine. when it asks for a name, i put in towert7 ([H]ardOCP)

But, when it goes into the screensaver, it asks for some information. One of them is a user name... do i have to put towert7 ([H]ardOCP) ? Because if i do, i get a message saying it adds an underscore to compensate for a space.

Also, what is the team ID number?

Is there any other information i should be changing or adding when i get that first set-up information screen when entering the screensaver?

Edit: ah, i found out that [H] is team 33.
But what about that user name with the screen saver?

First, welcome to the [H]orde!

I recommend using either the graphical client or the console client instead of the screensaver client. The screensaver only folds when it is active, while the others fold using all excess cycles all of the time. You'll get more proteins folded, do more science, and score more points.

The Team ID is 33.

When you run the other clients, you'll be asked for a name and the Team number. The console leads you through it item by item while the Graphical client (that's what I use), has a window with tabs. I think it's the Advanced tab where you enter the Team number...but I can't remember even though I've done it many times!

You don't need [H]ardOCP after your nickname. You can just use towert7 if you want. That will be the nickname you can look up your stats with.
