Im posting off firefox based on a flashdrive is it possible to run a basic F@H off the client? At work I walk around and work on various machines, most pentium 4s for at least 3 minutes, could this be a good way to temp-borg these machines?

I think you'll find it won't work unless you can add a UserID to the registry of each computer you try to fold on.

Luck .......... :D

Besides the registry issue, 3 minutes wouldn't really be enough time to get a single checkpoint done within a work unit. You can boot up and run a full linux install off of a flash drive, and fold on that.

im a student worker, my boss would think im an idiot and the university is poor, maxed out electricity bill is the last thing they want
