i have a P4 1.7 with 2 partitions on an 80 gig maxtor drive.... one with 2kPro the other with XP Pro. i recently installed an additional 40 gig maxtor hard drive for storage without any issues.

i want'd to use Partition Magic to resize the partitions on the original boot drive however, i get the following error:

Error 90:
EZ-Drive has been detected on drive 1, but EZ-Drive is corrupt. Run EZ-Drive setup diskette to correct this problem.

i assume maxblast is what PartMgc is referring to as EZ-Drive. i have no EZ-Drive or MaxBlast diskette as mentioned in the error message from PM. only the cd that maxtor provided with the new hard drive. and can't locate ez-drive or maxblast on that cd. i think, EZ-Drive is Western Digital and MaxBlast is Maxtors equivalent to EZ-Drive.

anyone know how i repair a corrupt EZ-Drive or maxblast whichever the case might be?
