eyefinity with crt?

You can run them in eyefinity but whats the point? You will have a bezel right in the middle of your game..
If you found another 17" CRT you could run CRT LCD CRT, etc. N/M you have a 5770
But with the prices of LCDs coming down so much finding a decent even a 20" would be a better bet for overall experience.
Plus @ 24" your not going to be gaming I hope with a 5770... Not a lot of horsepower to push 1920x

My original assumptions were right (though not typed out) but all it requires is adapters!!! It seems as though even triple Eyefinity is completely possible!
OMG time to bust out my 3 Dell/Sony Trinitron P1100 flat tube 21 inchers! Wonder how small the bezels could be minus housings...

its not for gaming - just for some more desktop real estate. media player, IM, system monitors, irc etc on one screen, and browser on the other screen.
i had a friends 24 hooked up to my onboard radeon (non HD) 3000 before i got my 5770, and it was awesome having so much desktop space.
also, it plays the games i am interested in on the 24. (fallout 3, flightgear etc)
i got it for real sheap to replace the onboard, and i am lookig at upgrading the system in about 6 months, and relegating this setup to htpc duty.
Well I got the DVI - dsub adaptor today. Both screens only have VGA (dsub) input, so I had to get an adaptor to be able to run them both.
this is the result. I am super happy with it, until i can afford a 24" inch screen, this will have to do. on monitor 1 I have browsers, development stuff, and all my main apps, and on screen two I have my music player, XChat, Empathy IM Client, Conky, and whatever else I need to run in the background, but dont need to monitor. (File copy dialogs etc)
The Laptop is an eeepc 1001px with arch and KDE on it which I just finished setting up for my mummy. i thought i would put it on there for Small smaller, smallest effect.
