Eyefinity breaks on computer boot.

I have a 6950 2GB model running Eyefinity on a 24 in and two 22 inch monitors. Everything works fine until I turn on my computer after shutting it down. It boots fine, but only 2 out of the 3 monitors run in eyefinity. The third(always the right monitor) shows a larger/ distorted mirror of the left monitor. This happens every time and I have to disabled the eyefinity and set it up again. Is there a reason?
 
Full system specs and how are the 3 monitors connected what make/model are they?
