This will be my first venture in to phase but there are a few things i need to know before i start. first how long can the final cooling line to the cpu be, if at all possible i would like to have the unit in my basement with my water cooling setup. also i hit 3.66 on water with an e6420@1.55v 35 idle and 63 load. i can get into window @ over 4000 but it locks and it take 1.65v to get there thinkin the temps just too much. i would like to build the entire unit by myself except maybe the cpu part any good ideas on where to start? oh yeah and my budget is gettin to be slim pickins so and help on finding quality parts on the cheap is a bonus.
