Extreme cooling?

I was wondering if anybody had considered using a small "air conditioner" to cool their pc. You hink there would be some kind of compressor that could create cool are that would be taken into the computer throuh two tubes screwed into or put up against 80' fan openings with the fans functioning in reverse o as to suck there air in. Has this ever been done?
 
They already have stuff like that..

Completely extreme cooling would be considered PHASE change.
or liquid nitrogen.

a thing that worries me about putting a AC in a computer is condensation.
 
you should not have to worry about condensation inside the case.... the reason being is that the ambient air is just as cold as the hs...... the only place that condensation might for would be on the outside of the case :D
