extra 3.5'' external slot

Okay I have two 3.5'' external slots and one im using up and i figure whats the big deal if i put some extra money and buy something useful for that extra slot, but what suggestion do you guys have that i could put in there i already have a thermal unit that is in a 5.25 slot and cool lil things that i could put there to make it look cooler?
 
na i dont want a card reader i had one of those and it was nice but im looking for something more.

on mine i "had" 3 switches. they where for my lights. i have seen the fan conroller for a 3.5 that would be your best option

post a couple of pictures so i can get a better idea how to help u
