So, I will be receiving a Corsair 650D later this week along with some other spiffy goodies. I will be moving my 3930K system into this case, and making a build log. I am going to try and make it look nice and clean and all that. I will also be installing a second 7970 :D

Here are some pic's of my current setup, in an Antec 300.

It's not too bad, but I have wanted a 650D since the first time I saw one a long time ago, lol.

New Parts:
PowerColor PCS+ 7970
Akasa Bay flash card reader/etc (black aluminum, should look good in the case)
LG BD Combo /w LightScribe
LG BD Burner
Blue Corsair individually sleeved PSU cables for mt AX850

Current parts are pretty well covered in my sig. I am moving away from the Lite-On drives as they constantly fail to eject after a while and you have to really mess with them and press the button 50+ times to get the damn tray to come out. LG drives so far don't appear to do this.

Another thing I will be doing is attempting to flash the PCS+ vBIOS onto my other 7970. We'll see how that goes. It does have a dual bios switch so I am not TOO worried. My current 7970 has a reference PCB, and I am not sure if the PCS+ one does or not, so that may be an issue. We'll see.

I am going to stick with my H80 cooler for now, I was thinking of moving to an H100, but I figured if I do that, I might as well build a custom water loop.

I really want to get a PCIe SSD, but I really don't want to go with one of the OCZ Revo Drives, and all the enterprise grade stuff is too expensive. Hopefully some new stuff will come out soon, and I will have a spare PCIe 8x 3.0 slot ready for it :)

Parts should be arriving through this week. :) I'm stoked!

The 650D arrived Monday, and the second 7970 arrived yesterday. Optical drives should arrive tomorrow, Akasa stuff and the sleeved cabled will take until next week :/

How is the powercolor 7970?

I have looked at the reviews on the egg, some positive, some negative. How is your's faring?
I wanna buy one, but i just dont know with powercolor's rep on that product.
