External SCSI termination question

My external box

I just put that together today and I realized I didn't have an external 68pin terminator for the damn thing. :( But as you can see in the pics I hooked up an additional scsi cable with a terminator at the end for the sole purpose of terminating the bus. :D Ghetto but everything works fine. My question is whether or not I should buy an active terminator that runs around 68 bucks(compusa, haven't looked elseware). :rolleyes: I could order it online but if I need it I can just get it a local comp shop. It'd be nicer if I didn't have that cable danglin back there.
