External HDD USB storage rack?

I'm getting a laptop for college and of course, I'll need to hook up my old system drives via USB.

I was wondering, are there any small hard disk cases / racks of some sort that I can plug multiple drives into and then run a usb cable to my laptop and have all the drives connected?

but ummm minus all the fancy features and huge price tag

basically, a single external enclosure (because it will just sit on/under/in my desk, stationary access not mobile) to plug into.

One plug, probably a single power supply built in, you know a box that holds USB 2.0 accessible drives
