Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
thats not an audio cable. it problably carries power, audio, and control stuff. Your best bet would be make your own, or contact the manufacturer of those speakers.
You could, if you really want to dig, look up that connector on Digikey. I know that they sell lots of esoteric connectors, and you might be able to find that one. Of course, you'd have to buy those connectors, find some cabling [or make it] that has the same # of wires, and then email the manufacturer to find the pin-out for the cable.
It could probably be done, I don't know why the company wouldn't tell you the pin-out, I know that people have done this before, but it might be expensive and a real PITA.
