Explorer using 90% system resources?

This is a fresh install of Windows XP Pro SP2 with all updates.

Apps installed:

Office 2007 Beta 2
Adobe Photoshop CS2
Ad-Aware
NOD32 AntiVirus v2.51.28
K-Lite Mega Codec Pack

I dunno why explorer is using 90% system resources, my system is so slow and sluggish!

I just ran ad-aware but that didn't help.

Can a corrupt video file cause this?

What other reasons can you think of?
 
hmm, after I deleted a folder which has car videos this stopped. Now explorer uses between 0-14% resources. I wonder....
 
Ok problem fixed, I think it was some corrupted video file I had.
