expanding / blowing up a PDF file to multiple pages

I'm looking for the easiest way to take a single page pdf file like this:

and expand it so that what is on that single page stretches to print out as 2 pages x 2 pages, 3 pages x 3 pages, or more, etc.

Essentially I need to print tournament brackets like those but have them come out much bigger, and printing across multiple pages then attaching them all to a wall seems like the easiest way.

Anyone know an easy way to do this or perhaps software that can help me with this? Thanks.

I've used rasberbator in the past, doesn't that only work with image files and not pdf files?
