If your looking for a case company with great customer service, Im gonna recommend SilverStone, they have sent me front panel connectors for free, and recently when i recieved a windowed side panel, that was damaged by fedex, they went after fedex, to the point where i didnt even need to rma, or go and have the side panel shipped back. Im sorry, ive had a few beers, and im still in a good mood about silverstones great customers service.
 
Hah, I think we've all been there. Great to hear you had a good experience though. Unfortunately those are fewer and further between than one would hope with most companies.

I totally agree with the OP. Silverstone does take care of its customers, when I got my RV02 in the mail it was missing a filter for my PSU. I got in contact with a customer rep and a replacement was shipped out the next day.
