I have an Alpine 7 cooler, from newegg for 14 dollars, and I have these low temps, is there a problem 
Case cooling:
TT Soprano, stock side panel 92mm, smart TT LED fan in front w/o controller (I am guessing Low speed), and TT thunderblade in the back, and 120mm in PSU.
OC:
A64 Orleans 3200 @2.45ghz STABLE stock volts
I love the PWM control on this thing, I can either have it on full speed, and then it is 10C less than system temps, or I can have it auto adjust and it stays quiet and ~2C above system temp. (with F@H on)
