I am going to start to mess around with ESXi 5.1 here. Does anyone know if there are some simple guides for setting up the server, creating a couple of VMs, and installing guest OSes? After doing a quick eval of things and I like it, I do not mind reading through all the 300+ pages of the setup guide. I just need something to get things up and running.
