Well, I was putting taxpayers money to good use when I accomplished mine. I was bored out of my mind and sat at my computer for 15-20 minutes wasting time doing it.

Then some hooligan tried it, and I used that term loosely. He couldn't get past about 5 seconds. And the first 14 you can get by by almost leaving the block in one spot.
