Just thought I'd note this.
Apparently there is a bug with that latest Bios on this Mobo that doesn't allow any drives to be attached to the Silicon Raid controler on boot as it will automatically load this contraller first. Doesn't even work if your boot drive is on the Silicon controller
. Bit of a pain as it would have been good to put an extra raid setup on that controller.
But Anyway, I then wanted to use it's e-SATA port (which runs off that controller for an external drive as it would be a lot faster than Firewire and I could turn it on after the PC starts up or when needed. I couldn't find any enclosure available with e-SATA until I managed to find this is a local store:

Has USB 2, Firewire 800 (400 compatible) and eSATA connectors.
A bit expensive here in New Zealand ($300 ) but I slapped a 320GB drive in it and it's sweet, super fast. Anyone with a eSATA port on thier mobo and want external storage should consider one of these. You can get cheaper, probably half the price, if you don't want Firewire.
