ESAS - Enterprise Security Assessment Sharing?

Does anyone know if this is an industry term? I can't seem to find very much online. We use the term ESAS here quite a bit. Most of it seem to pertain to our GPOs. Based on some Bing searches, I am guessing it stands for Enterprise Security Assessment Sharing, but not positive.

If it is an industry term, what does it mean and is there more specific information about its policies?
