I'm putting together a WHS with an AM3 Athlon II X4 640, no OC and will fold. GTX 460 moderate OC and will fold. 4gb DDR3 and a WD 1tb drive to start out with.

I already have a corsair CX400. Do you think it can handle this load?
 
If it is going to be folding you might want to look for an 80+ gold certified PSU. It could save you money in the long run on your power bill.
