Anyone else having issues with these people? Like they don't care care and don't feel like helping you out or even answering a support ticket. The rep here has been missing since:

The last power supply I received back from RMA has a bad fan and was missing most of the cables. I just got around to using it and it was sealed. Really can't get in touch with them here or through their ticket support. Seems this company has did a belly flop in the last year now.

Interesting, 50 views and not one reply. But finally got this response from them.
We apologize for the delay, we had original replied to your message, but there was an error in the system that didn't allow it to post. That is unfortunate that you must go with another manufacturer, but since you did not purchase the Power Supply directly from us, we cannot offer your a refund. If your power supply is still under warranty, we can offer you another replacement if you would like.

Please note this will be the 3rd power supply from them now.The first one all the pins was coming out the cables causing shorts. Called and the lady that finally answered the phone was laughing and thought it was funny. Great customer service there.....Asked for just replacement cables, they couldn't find the correct cables for that model. Had to RMA the whole unit to get another one.

Get the second power supply in. Left it int he closet for a while sealed. Unwrap it and start putting it together. A large amount of cables are missing from the box. Yes, from a sealed box......So use it with most of the cables missing as I need to get a rig set up. After a few minutes I hear a bad rattling sound. Thought it was a fan in the case, cut all of them off and it was coming from the power supply. You can tap on it and it go away for about 3 seconds then come back twice as loud. So they wanted me to do a credit card charge to get one delivered and then me send mine back. I don't think so at this point and time. I asked for a refund or another model. But you see that didn't go anywhere. So haven't heard anything about a upgraded model. I would imagine it will be a no there also. Seems they are trying to dump all these defective units off on people.

I feel at this point and time that I shouldn't have to pay anything to get a proper working power supply. As it is starting to add up, 2 x the shipping, wait time and going around and around with these guys. It isn't my fault their QA and CS has issues. It is their fault and they should admit it at this point and time. You can see from the long response times and the Enermax rep here not even coming on seems to have some impact on what is going on here. I mean honestly why does it take 5 + days to get a response from CS there? I almost feel like they just buy the power supplies from some other company slap their label on them and package them up.

75 and not a single post. I'm not attacking them personally. They do need a serious CS and QC makeover though. I was just asking if it was just my bad luck or did someone else get the same experience with them......................................................?

Also my support ticker was submitted on:

And I'm still not getting help or responses from them. Where is the Enermax rep here? But thanks for the help anyway.

I'm replying just to reply.

I've never dealt with Enermax nor have I read anything bad about their customer support. Therefore, I don't have anything useful to add to the discussion.

However, it does seem like they could work on CS if it's this difficult for you to get help though them. I would tell them to send me another PSU at their cost.

I don't know if you've noticed, but the PSU subforum isn't exactly a very active area. As of the time of this posting, there are 5248 users on [H], with 521 members and 4727 guests. That means 1 out of 10 people on here are actually logged in as members. So with just 75 views, odds are only 1 of those views was done by an actual member. And most people that do post in the PSU subforum don't post unless they have something useful to add.

This isn't the CPU or GPU sections where hate posts start piling up almost immediately.

I'm basically wondering why the Enermax rep has just gone missing here. Seems they are having issues with everything at this point and time. Thanks for the reply also.

This isn't a Hate Post. I was just asking about information from other users. Just find it odd. As it seems to look like I'm the only one that has a Enermax Power supply here now. I would call but the number they have is to some kind of cleaning company though....

If they are having support issues, it must be new. I had enermax power supplies over the last 5 years and did a couple RMAs. Spoke with them on the phone and things were very smooth. They even let me drop off and pickup my power supply at their RMA warehouse here in southern California
