i am testing a few firewalls for a small server. i have googled, but i still cant access my webserver through my real world IP. it never prompts to block or allow for anything as if its not receiving the connection at all. when i look at my activity logs on sygate, i see it has blocked traffic coming from the router for some reason by default. i reset all of my current application setting to see if that helped, but it still won't prompt when i try and connect to my webserver, the logs now block at random from my IP and DNS. even though it says half of them were allowed, the website doesnt show.

do any of you guys run sygate and have apache running as well? i could use some help. i manually allowed the apache.exe program to allow traffic on port 80 for TCP. it didn't help. why isn't it asking me whether i want to allow or not when the connection is being tried? as soon as i allow all traffic, it works fine.
