This has been topic of discussion since Larry's site went down. I spent some time yesterday and updated the data file with all the new protiens I could find since the last time Larry updated the file. Please make a backup of your orginal emprotz.dat file before using this updated one (you know...just in case). I tested it out and it provided correct info for a 2612 so everything should be good to go. Hope this helps some folks out.

Good work bud! Might want to shoot Larry an email to let him know you did the work and maybe he will give you a cookie or something :) Or at least some homage for teh data input :)
