Saw this on CNN. Thought it could come in handy around here.

You download a little CAD program, design your part, send the file back and they create it for you. I haven't checked into the pricing yet. I also so Laser and WaterJet cutting on there, for cutting designs out of case panels.

edit: Just found their sister site: http://www.pad2pad.com/ . They'll create custom PCBs for you also.

Now that's a cool service.
Kinda pricey for the mods I do, but if you can afford it...
 
Awesome! When I first saw the link I thought it was for emachines parts. You know, the cheap prebuilts? :D
